To order an ATMCASH card, you will need:- to be a US resident
- to have a Social Security number, or equivalent
- have a credit card with a MasterCard or VISA logo or
- to have a checking account with any US bank or credit union
- Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes we accept payment by check AND credit card. To use a credit card to open an ATMCASH account, however, you must sign-up online using our secure server. - How do I send cash now?
An individual can send money online now by pushing the SEND CASH NOW button found on the homepage and following the instructions or by calling our toll free number 888-ATM-CASH. - How does the system work once I have completed the application and paid for the service?
We then deliver by Federal Express an ATMCASH card directly to you or your friend or relative (door to door). We mail separately to you, the customer, the 4 digit PIN. Once you tell your friend or relative the secret PIN they can use the card with the PIN to withdraw the CASH from any ATM in the world displaying the MasterCard, Maestro or Cirrus logos. - Can I reload the card with additional money?
Of course. That is one of the benefits of our system. You can always reload the card either by selecting Send Cash Now on the website or calling 888-ATM-CASH. - How many ATM's accept the ATMCASH card?
Approximately 1,000,000 ATMs. Almost any ATM machine works with this card. Check for the MasterCard, Maestro or Cirrus logos. On our homepage is an ATM Locator Button to find the nearest ATM to you in over 150 countries. - How do I find an ATM that will work the country I shipped the card?
Click on the ATM Locator button found on the homepage. The card can be used at ATMs in over 150 countries. Almost any ATM will work with this card. Look for an ATM displaying the MasterCard, Maestro or Cirrus logos. - How is the card delivered?
FedEx delivers the card directly to the address you specify. - Can I ship the card to myself and then deliver my card to my relative?

Yes travel cash is one of the many useful purposes for the card. - Can I use the card as a gift card?
Yes, the recipient can withdraw the cash at their leisure and buy whatever they really want. Everybody prefers cash. - What currency rate do you charge?
We charge exchange rates that are competitive and often better than any company in the industry. You can use the currency calculator on this website to see the rates for over one hundred currencies. The rate you will be charged is determined when you withdraw the foreign currency from the ATM. This way you will receive the most current and best rate. - Where is my money held?
Your money is held in US dollars with a US Bank. - If I change my mind can I get my money back?
No, once you have loaded the card you can only withdraw the funds from the card through an ATM. - Can I close the account?
Yes, however all of the remaining funds are forfeited. If you want the remaining funds you must withdraw the funds through the ATM. We cannot and do not send out reimbursement checks for security purposes. - I accidentally shipped the ATMCASH card to the wrong address what do I do?
If the ATMCASH card has not been used with the PIN you can reorder a replacement card and ship it to a new address. The replacement card fee and shipping and handling fee will be charged. If the ATMCASH card been used with the pin a new card can only be sent to original shipping address or the customer's home address. If there are not enough funds to cover S&H you will have to fund the card with more cash to cover new card expenses (we don't send paper statements to customer--TBD) - I lost my card what do I do?
Go to the website ATMCASH.com Login to your account and order a replacement card. Or contact customer service at 888-ATM-CASH. If outside the US dial the international access number to the US and then 702-222-9001. Note: Only the customer/sender can reorder a replacement card. You will be charged the replacement card fee plus shipping and handling. The replacement card, once used can only be re-shipped to same address or to the local known address of the sender, for security purposes. To limit your losses you should reorder a replacement card as soon as possible which will cancel your old account. - Where should I write the PIN number?
Write your PIN in a safe place, but not on the card so that the funds cannot be stolen if the card is lost. - Can I use the card to buy things?
No, the card can only be used at an ATM machine to withdraw cash. With cash you can buy anything. - Can I order more than one card?
No. Customers may only have one card at a time. - I purchased a card days ago but it has not arrived. What do I do?
You can go to the FedEx website www.fedex.com and enter the FedEx tracking number, which has been emailed to you and is also displayed on your account page. If you log in to your account you will find your FedEx tracking number. Note: Shipping to various countries can take from 4 to 14 days depending on the destination. If the card has not arrived in the destination country in 15 days contact us. - I lost the PIN what do I do?
If you are not concerned about theft, we can re-mail you the PIN. If you are concerned about theft, we can cancel the card and ship a new replacement card. Replacement card and shipping and handling fees will apply. - What is the maximum and minimum I can send?
You can send as little as $25. New customers can only send up to $500 for the first thirty days. Repeat customers can only send a maximum of $1000 a day and $2500 a month. Note: the card can only handle a maximum balance of $2500. - What is the maximum amount I can withdraw from an ATM?
Every ATM operator has varying withdrawal limits. You may need to make multiple withdrawals in one day or over several days to withdraw your desired amount. You may never withdraw more than $1000 a day. - My card balance has fallen below $4.00 what happens?
Your account will be made inactive until you reload additional funds. If your account remains inactive for 12 months the card account will be closed and the account will be charged a fee equal to the remaining balance. - How can I check my card balance for free?

Yes, the card has a two-year limit. The expiration date is shown on the front of the card. - Can I get a paper statement?
No, we do not provide paper statements. - What are the ATM withdrawal fees?
Your first ATM withdrawal is free. Plus as an added bonus we also cover up to $2.00 of the local ATM charges on the first transaction. To see all the fees click on the fee section. You will see we have the best rates and lowest fees in the industry. - How do I avoid local ATM charges?
In the United States many credit unions ATMs do not charge any local ATM fees. - I have less than $20 remaining on my ATMCASH card how do I get the remaining balance out?
In the US, Bank of the West dispenses in $$ increments. In many countries outside the US they dispense money in smaller increments. - Why won't the system let me send money from my state?
Currently we can only accept customers who reside in any one of 29 states: Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas Virginia, Washington, West Virginia. However, from these states we can ship to all 50 states. We are working to get state approval in every state. Keep checking back. - How many countries do you ship to?
