Foreign Exchange Fees

If you make a withdrawal in foreign currency, it will be converted from US Dollars, and you agree to accept the converted amount. MasterCard International, Inc. will use its currency conversion procedures in effect when processing the transaction. The currency conversion rate will be a rate selected by MasterCard, as applicable, from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which rate my vary from the rate MasterCard itself receives, or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date, in each instance, plus a foreign currency transaction fee of 1.0% of the transaction amount. This fee will be paid to the bank and applies to each ATM transaction posted to your Account in a foreign currency. The currency conversion rate used on the processing date may be different than the rate that was in effect on the date you conducted the transaction. Neither the bank nor Forex set the currency conversion rate, and does not receive any portion of it. The bank does, however, receive the 1.0% foreign currency transaction fee and Forex receives a 2% foreign currency transaction fee.

(1) If your Funding Account balance falls below $4.00, your account will be made inactive until additional money is added to the Funding Account. If the Funding Account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months it will be closed. To reactivate your Funding Account have more funds loaded on to Your Card.
